Why do you need this?
A date of birth allows us to distinguish similarly named members from each other in cases where records may appear to be a duplicate. It also helps to validate a member's identity when calling our office for password resets and other assistance. Date of birth is also used to assist in accurate reporting of credit earned for ABIM and NABP.
